1. Services

Omnicare provides domiciliary care services, including personal care, medication support, companionship, specialist care, and live-in or respite support. All services are delivered by trained, professional carers in accordance with CQC regulations.


2. Booking and Payment

Services can be booked via our website or by contacting us directly.

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

Omnicare reserves the right to modify fees, with notice provided to clients.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients or their representatives must provide accurate information regarding care needs, medical history, and emergency contacts.

Clients must cooperate with carers to ensure safe and effective service delivery.

Omnicare is not responsible for incidents arising from undisclosed medical conditions or unsafe environments.


4. Service Limitations

Omnicare provides care in the client’s home only.

We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment outside of agreed care plans.

Specialist services (e.g., dementia, physical disability, mental health) will be delivered in accordance with the care plan agreed with the client or their representative.


5. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected by Omnicare will be stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

We will not share client information with third parties except as required by law or with explicit client consent.


6. Cancellations and Changes

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled care.

Omnicare reserves the right to reschedule services in cases of carer availability or emergency.


7. Liability

Omnicare carries appropriate insurance and takes all reasonable precautions to ensure client safety.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delivery.

Liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.


8. Complaints

Clients are encouraged to raise concerns or complaints promptly.

Omnicare will investigate and respond in a timely manner to resolve any issues.


9. Amendments

Omnicare may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be revised.
